Description
The Xtreme flush-mounted side-mounted control box features a disengageable dual-function throttle/shuttle lever for acceleration only. It mounts on the side of the steering console and uses two 33 C Mercury or OMC cables to connect the box to the engine and the reverser.
It also incorporates a neutral starting safety device, which prevents the engine from starting if the lever is not in neutral. It also features a-circuit breaker and a trim control, which adjusts the angle of the outboard motor-or sterndrive in relation to the surface of the water.
